Our custom-built Bogie Washing Units

For the cleaning of bogies, we provide several options, including manual washing in the cabin, automatic washing, and robotized washing. Given the filth that bogies may accumulate, which consists mostly of sand, oil, and carbon deposits on the brake discs, our options for cleaning them all involve  high-pressure water.

To wash a small number of bogies, we propose using a hydro cleaner manually.

Automatic Bogie Wash Cabins

Alermak offers the automated alternative for washing large numbers of bogies, in which a gantry equipped with  high-pressure water nozzles and spinning heads passes along the bogie.
